4.2 Restrictions:

DreamsAuto grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform. This license is for personal and commercial purposes as intended by the Platform. The license is revocable at any time at our sole discretion.
5.1 Dealer Features:
Dealers can sign up for an account on the Platform. Dealers can manage their vehicle inventory through the Platform. Dealers can handle leads and communicate with potential buyers.
5.2 Inventory Management:
Dealers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about their vehicle listings. All information provided must be truthful and not misleading. DreamsAuto reserves the right to remove any listing that violates our policies.
5.3 Communication:
Dealers can respond to inquiries from potential buyers directly via the Platform. All communication should be professional and related to vehicle sales. DreamsAuto is not responsible for the content of communications between dealers and buyers.
6.1 Viewing Listings:
Buyers can view vehicle listings uploaded by dealers. Listings include vehicle details, images, and pricing information. DreamsAuto does not guarantee the accuracy of information in listings.
6.2 Direct Communication:
Buyers can contact dealers directly through the Platform. Buyers can submit inquiries via forms provided on the Platform. DreamsAuto is not responsible for any transactions or agreements made between buyers and dealers.
7.1 Fees:
Certain services provided by DreamsAuto may be subject to fees. Fees are subject to change at DreamsAuto's discretion. We will provide notice of any fee changes through the Platform.
7.2 Payment Terms:
Payment terms will be communicated at the time of purchase or subscription. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. DreamsAuto uses third-party payment processors and is not responsible for their actions.
8.1 Ownership:
All content and materials on the Platform are the property of DreamsAuto or its licensors. This includes text, graphics, logos, images, and software. Users may not use any of this content without express permission from DreamsAuto.
8.2 Restrictions:

DreamsAuto does not guarantee the accuracy of vehicle details provided by dealers. Users should independently verify all information before making any decisions. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from reliance on information on the Platform.
11.3 Dealer Responsibility:
Dealers are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information they upload. DreamsAuto does not endorse or verify the claims made by dealers. Users should exercise caution when interacting with dealers through the Platform.
DreamsAuto shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This includes damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangibles. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold DreamsAuto harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Platform. This includes claims resulting from violation of these Terms or violation of any third-party rights. You agree to cooperate fully in the defense of any such claims.
DreamsAuto reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
